Amanda Redwine, LCPC, is a Mental Health Counselor with degrees from Lamar and Indiana Universities. Formerly an accountant, she now supports individuals, couples, and families—specializing in teens. young adults, and LGBTQIA• clients. using an attachment- based, no-nonsense, and empathetic approach, She fosters a comfortable space for healing and growth.

Christa is a LCSW with a Master's in Social Work from Florida State University and 10 years Of experience helping adults manage stress, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. using approaches like Cognitive Behavioral, Person-Centered, and Family Systems Therapy, she tailors her work to each client's needs, focusing on building self- respect, healthy coping, and lasting growth through small, meaningful changes.

She provides a Safe, Judgment-free Space for those facing life changes. Addiction, grief. or trauma, and specializes in family issues related to addiction, personality disorders, and sexual abuse.
